Emma lives in the historic coastal town of Watchet, which is an ancient sea port situated between the Quantock Hills and Exmoor.
The beautiful countryside and the beach just below Emma's studio and house are a constant source of inspiration. Emma loves movement, texture and colour and combines these to create fluid watercolours of animals and birds, using a minimalist approach she manages to convey in a few brushstrokes the form and magnificence of the animal she is painting.
