I am a Warwickshire based artist living in Rugby. A painter of mainly historical and motoring themes until recently and a background in textiles design, I am increasingly finding that capturing a moment is my main focus and that pattern and colour are manifesting with greater prominance.
Placing trust in my intuition to guide me through the painting process, I am aiming to recreate the feeling of awe that inspired my choice of subject. Finding joy in expressing in paint the wonder of my life experience.
I also love depicting the colourful wildlife characters that I have the pleasure to encounter whilst out and about.
