“As a painter I graduated in Fine Art from University College Falmouth in 2010 with an interest in the figure and depicting modern life. I still retain a keen interest in these subjects. However since moving back to West Penwith it seems only natural that my work has been influenced by the beautiful nature of the surrounding landscape. My aim is to capture the changing light, dramatic skies and vivid colours that dominate this narrow peninsula. Recently I have started working with a palette knife as I find it allows me to capture the immediacy of the environment in front of me, while lending a rugged quality reminiscent of the views I aim to capture.”Link to website: https://flynnoreilly.carbonmade.com/
