Sue is a self taught artist based in Frome. Sue creates intricate pen and ink drawings and silk paintings. Most of her designs are based in nature, taking inspiration from the patterns of the natural world.
'I love creating small, repetative and highly detailed designs, based on the natural patterns I see around me, often using mandala principles. Transfering the designs onto silk and adding colour is really exciting and gives the design a different dimension.'
