I have lived in Dorset all my life and consider myself fortunate to be in such a lovely and inspiritional county. My passion for the sea and countryside is satisfied here.
Having painted for many years and tried many media , I find I most like acrylic and pastels although of late I have ventured into using oils with a palette knife and am finding this very freeing. I work mainly from sketches I have done plein air and my own photographs.
I am willing to consider doing some commisioned work , views of owners boats/ sailing , for example.
